Uyen Luu is a London chef and food writer. Her first book, "My Vietnamese Kitchen," was published in 2013. She has been hosting supper clubs & Vietnamese cooking classes in her home in Hackney, East London for over six years. Uyen is also a food photographer and food stylist.
