Vanessa von Bismarck was born in Germany and finished her schooling at university in the U.K. After working for two year as a sugar Trader at ED&F Man in London, Vanessa moved to New York to try out new things and started BPCM with her business Partner Carrie Phillips in 1999.
Today BPCM has four offices around the world and is focused mostly on fashion, beauty, lifestyle and hospitality.
Vanessa lives in New York with her husband Maximilian Weiner and their son Laszlo.
