Beverly is a national speaker, award-winning journalist, author, women's advocate and historian She monitors the news coverage of women and women's issues and is based in New York City. "Celebrate Women Every Day and Make History!" is her message and mission. Beverly is founder of the first-of-its-kind "Women Make History Every Day Database." She is uniquely poised to add historic perspective to timely women's news and issues today. She is the author of "A WOMAN'S BOOK OF DAYS" daily journal of Female Firsts, Fun Facts and hundreds of popular and unknown women's achievements (Random House, B&N Books; writing third edition). "A Woman's Place in 2017' is Beverly's national speaking platform. She bridges the generations with history and humor to tie-in with the top news stories and issues. Her Commentaries, Op-Eds and Letters to Editor have been published in major media. She has been interviewed on leading broadcast, cable, blog media. A keen observer of pop culture and self-described Investigative Romance Reporter, Beverly also created the "Celebrity Weddings & Love Stories Every Day Database." A successful corporate executive, Beverly served as Public Affairs Director with American Express, Citigroup, Federal Home Loan Bank, Hilton Hotels, Restaurant Associates and NY Tourism Bureau. Her editorial experience includes Good Housekeeping, Newsday and Dallas Morning News columnist and NYC guidebooks. Social issues clients include Catalyst, Ms. Foundation, Save the Children. Global assignments have taken her around the world with Semester at Sea. and National Student Travel Bureau. Beverly has been honored for her service to women and community. As a volunteer, she conceived and developed the four-sided NYC bus route sign program adopted by MTA. She spearheaded the NY Race for the Cure and the Financial Womens Assn. undergraduate scholarships. Beverly donated her Glamour Magazine Award to invite students to the Women in Communications Matrix luncheon. She earned B.S. Journalism at Temple University School of Business, Outstanding Senior.
