William Brown
Student, Rutgers-Camden School of Law

Hello my name is William Brown.

I honorably served our nation in the United States Navy for eight years. The majority of my service was spent in the SEAL teams. I completed three deployments overseas; including Iraq. Following the great tradition of the GI Bill, I came back to the United States with the idea of continuing my education. I have been lucky to do this at Rutgers University where I also worked to start the first military and veteran student scholarship and the first military and veteran student club in the state of New Jersey. I have studied politics and now I am pursuing a J.D. at Rutgers-Camden School of Law.

I value freedom, family and education.
I respect scholars and great thinkers.
I'm willing to listen and learn and I'm also willing to speak out and stand up.
