Choosing the right venue for an elopement, like any wedding, takes much consideration. A Las Vegas elopement in a chapel officiated by an Elvis impersonator is a good choice for some couples, but not all! Here are a few questions to consider: Are guests attending or will it just be you and your beloved? Will the ceremony be indoors next to a crackling fire, or outdoors by a lush garden or glistening pond? Do you want full service or will you be organizing the details?

Because of their settings in the quiet corners of neighborhoods, some B&Bs make picturesque locales for elopements. Their historic architecture, interiors, and lush grounds and gardens bring a romanticism and elegance to the special day, while the innkeepers' attention to detail will allow the day to flow smoothly. Their elopement packages offer everything from assistance with securing the officiant to providing the wedding cake.

Located in Hanover, PA, The Beechmont Inn offers a peaceful escape from bustling Gettysburg for your intimate elopement. Pin on his boutonniere and take hold of your bouquet before saying "I do" during a candlelit ceremony in the front parlor or under the towering magnolia tree (pictured). A wedding cake of your choice will be waiting after the ceremony. Your two-night stay includes a candlelit breakfast each morning and dinner for two at a local restaurant.

A quaint ceremony can be held around the lush gardens, under the shade of the gazebo, or near the white trellis overflowing with blooming flowers at A Cardinal House located in Glastonbury, CT. The ceremony will be captured using your own camera and video equipment for memories that will last a lifetime. Afterwards, a gourmet five-course feast with complimentary wine will be served in the dining room. Enjoy your first slice of married life together when you cut the cake on the inn's romantic veranda.

The wedding planner at Alexander's Country Inn located in Ashford, WA, will help you create the perfect elopement for you and up to six guests. Tie the knot alongside the picturesque pond and waterfall with a stunning backdrop of Mount Rainier, or inside in front of an intimate fireplace, before indulging in your own heart-shaped wedding cake. After a romantic dinner for two at the inn's restaurant, you can retreat to your suite where you will celebrate the next chapter of your lives together while admiring a fresh bouquet of flowers and savoring chocolates and champagne.

All aboard a charming carriage ride to a secret location, where you and your beloved will exchange vows courtesy of the Fairbanks House located in Fernandina Beach, FL. The innkeeper will be in attendance to capture all of the special moments on your camera. Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries will follow the ceremony, before you are whisked away to a romantic dinner at a local bistro. When you return to the inn, a wedding cake will be awaiting you in you room.

The Great Room of the Cliff Cottage Inn, with its cathedral ceilings and pink marble fireplace, or the private deck tucked into a three-story rock bluff, could be the back drop of your Eureka Springs, AR, wedding. A photographer will be there to capture the joyous occasion and will provide you with a CD of photos for sharing the memories with family and friends. Seal your vows with a kiss and a slice of the miniature wedding cake, which can be taken back to your private Jacuzzi suite and shared later that evening.
