Hopefully by now we've mostly disconnected from the holiday glut. It was fun while it lasted (who doesn't love washing brownies down with egg-nog), but snapping out of it is sometimes easier said than done. Mid-January is also the time that those resolutions to eat healthy in the new year get a little more difficult to stick to. It's so easy to slide. But making sure we balance the indulgences with the sensible is the key to maintaining a healthy weight. And it can be mega-tasty too!
