The GOP's Florida Senate win is very much about Jeb Bush's 2012 presidential chances. Marco Rubio probably owes Jeb -- who did all he could to undermine Charlie Crist -- more than he owes the tea party. Couple that with George W. Bush's emerging rehabilitation campaign and you've got a scenario for Jeb to rise as the Republican establishment's best hope to sideline Sarah Palin. Did President Obama's "shellacking," as he describes it, pave the way for another Bush?
