The fall season of The Fear No ART Dinner Party has started. On September 20th, renowned chef, Michael Kornick of Mk Restaurant, is making appetizer samples of gazpacho with littleneck clams and a salad of littleneck clams, mango, green papaya and Thai chilies. He will also be making entree samplings of white fish with lobster, potatoes, and salsa verde made from tarragon and mint. Both of these delicacies are to be paired with chocolate from Vosges! The September 20th Fear No ART Dinner Party is presented by the Mayne Stage and will be held at the dialogues stage of Expo Chicago, from 5:15 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Known for his lively and fresh dishes that let the natural flavor of the ingredients sing, this famed national restauranteur and chef isn't the only highlight on The Dinner Party menu. International sculptor Tony Tasset, artistic director of the Chicago Children's Choir, Josephine Lee, and principal percussionist and education director of Chicago Sinfonietta, Jeff Handley, join us at the dinner table for unscripted conversation, impromptu performances and food, wine and chocolate samplings for the audience.
