I watched the HBOFilms Confirmation about the confirmation hearings of Clarence Thomas in 1991 and Anita Hill's allegations of sexual harassment. Here are 10 things I learned:

1. Flo Kennedy said Clarence Thomas should be "Borked", "killed politically and President Bush should be killed".

2. Kerry Washington who portrays Anita Hill was an executive producer.

3. Greg Kinnear is brilliant as Biden who was the Senate Judiciary Chair.

4. The allleged sexual harassment occurred 10 years prior to the confirmation hearings.

5. Judy "Olivia Pope" Smith's character had a cameo in the production as she was working for the White House at the time.

6. Anita Hill passed a polygraph test.

7. Both Charles Ogletree and Janet Napolitano were part of Hill's legal team.

8. I have more respect for Kennedy in the process and less for Biden.

9. Sexual harassment case filings with the EEOC more than doubled after the hearings.

10. Michelle Obama was Charles Olgetree's protégée during th hearings.

Peace, love, compassion, and blessings.
