Each year, Do Something honors an elite group of young world-changers. This year, Do Something awarded four finalists with grants and one grand prize winner with $100,000 for their community project or organization. From one 17-year-old who created her own sports foundation, to a 23-year-old who has helped 20,000 orphaned boys in Sudan, these inspiring young people have changed their communities -- and inspired the world.
