The Best '60 Minutes' Walk-Offs (VIDEO)

WATCH: The Best '60 Minutes' Guest Walk-Offs

It's always a memorable moment: when someone being interviewed is so perturbed by a question that they walk out in disgust, halfway through the chat. As the "60 Minutes" team documented in a web video posted on Sunday, it's happened a lot to correspondents for the storied CBS show. Lesley Stahl and Steve Kroft took viewers through some of their more memorable walk-off moments with some pretty powerful guests, and it was clear that both wore their subjects' retreat as a kind of badge of honor.

Stahl was ditched by both Boris Yeltsin and Nicolas Sarkozy. (She asked about Yeltsin's mother and Sarkozy's wife, respectively.) Kroft enraged Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan and the head of the Soviet Union's atomic agency.

The show also dug through its archives to play some of its greatest walk-off hits. Perhaps the best one was an attempted walk-off—when the father of the hydrogen bomb, Edward Teller, tried to abandon Mike Wallace, only to be tripped up by his microphone and sit back down again.
