Adopt A New Home Companion For Half-Off Regular Price At The Denver Dumb Friends League (PHOTOS)

PHOTOS: Adoptable Pets Are 50 Percent Off

Those of you who are looking for a new pet may not need to look any further!

The Denver Dumb Friends League is holding a special 50 percent off their pet prices. That means that now through Dec. 31st, you can adopt a cat or dog for half price and the reduced adoption fee still includes a spay/neuter surgery, initial vaccinations, microchip ID implant and a free office visit with a participating veterinarian.

“We have reduced adoption fees because we would rather see more cats and dogs in loving homes than in our shelters, especially during the holiday season,” said Bob Rohde, president and CEO of the Dumb Friends League, in a statement.

Cats regularly cost between $75 and $120, while dogs regularly cost between $125 and $250. Divide those prices in half and you've got a pretty good holiday with a new best friend.
