Aileen Beernink, 21-Year-Old, Jailed For Third DUI Offense

21-Year-Old Racks Up Her Third DUI Arrest

A 21-year-old Naperville woman has only been able to legally drink alcohol for ten months, but has already racked up three DUI arrests.

Aileen F. Beernink was arrested about 2:50 a.m. Sunday by a Naperville police officer who stopped her because she was driving with her headlights off, according to the Naperville Sun. The officer determined that Beernink was under the influence "of an unspecified narcotic" and was driving on a suspended or revoked license and she was arrested.

The Sun shared some more of Beernink's unsavory driving record:

Police records indicated Beernink was arrested June 18 near Jackson Avenue and Mill Street on two counts of DUI and three other traffic offenses. Court records showed a judge on Oct. 12 placed her on a year of court supervision and assessed $2,310 in fines and legal costs in that case.

She was also arrested in 2008 by Naperville police in separate cases involving possession of less than 30 grams of cannabis and driving too fast for conditions, according to court records. She was ticketed again in 2009 for driving without headlights and earlier this year for driving too fast for conditions, court records showed.

According to the DuPage County Sheriff's office, Beernink is being held on a $5,000 cash bond for driving with a suspended or revoked license, a third DUI offense, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of drugs and driving without insurance.

A lawsuit was also filed against Beernink in August for damaging a man's vehicle during a crash.
