In 2015, Amy Schumer became best friends with Jennifer Lawrence, danced on stage at a Billy Joel concert, got spanked by Madonna and, oh yeah, landed four Emmy nominations for her work on "Inside Amy Schumer."
The hilarious comedian stepped out on the red carpet Sunday night to celebrate those nominations in a strapless Zac Posen gown that was more awe-inspiring than LOL-worthy. She let the dress speak for itself, save for the best accessory of all, her sister. The dress might have paired better with a sleeker hairdo, but there's no denying Schumer looks gorgeous.
You might sooner praise Schumer for her quick wit and intelligent humor than for her sartorial choices, but it might be time to reevaluate. She really knocked it out of the park with this one.
