Antony And The Johnsons' 'Cut The World' Features Willem Dafoe And Marina Abramovic Acting Creepy (VIDEO) (NSFW)

Don't Say We Didn't Warn You

Hat tip to Flavorwire: the latest video from Antony Hegarty and his pop baroque collective Antony and the Johnsons is as haunting as promised.

Set to "Cut the World," the title track off the band's same-named live album (which itself released just this Tuesday stateside), the cinematic counterpart stars Dutch actress Carice van Houten (Melisandre in "Game of Thrones") and Willem Dafoe as a businessman in a generic modern downtown. We won't give away the creepy plot twist, but let's just say director Nabil Elderkin decided to get literal with the title.

Keep an eye out for the Marina Abramovic cameo at the tail end, a nod to the fact that the song was originally written for Robert Wilson’s 2011 Abramovic biography, "The Life And Death Of Marina Abramovic," which also stars Dafoe. The video premieres offline this weekend as part of London's Meltdown Festival. In the meantime, everyone, including Kanye, can just tweet about it online.
