Via Realtor.com: The Hammer family (of Occidental Petroleum fortune and patrons of UCLA's Hammer Museum) have put three properties on the market for a total of $26 million. While the family's most famous member may be deceased oil tycoon Armand Hammer, his great-grandson Armie Hammer is well on his way to carving out his own space. He wowed audiences in his seamless performance of the Winklevoss twins in last year's Social Network, and he's set to play J. Edgar Hoover's supposed lover, Clyde Tolson, in Clint Eastwood's J. Edgar.

The first is a Mediterranean-style mansion in Montecito for $6.25 million. The home was designed in 1926 by artist and architect George Washington Smith, who is well known for his "Spanish Colonial Revival" style throughout the Santa Barbara area. The four bedroom, seven bathroom home features hand-painted tiles, a majestic "great room," wrought iron gates, and meticulously landscaped gardens. According to Shelterpop, Montecito is home to celebs like Rob Lowe, Drew Barrymore, former Vice President Al Gore, and Oprah Winfrey.

Next up is a French-style mansion in Beverly Hills for $15.9 million. The 1952 home has four bedrooms, six bathrooms, and sits on a 1.19 acre lot.

Finally, the family has most recently put up for sale a condominium in West Hollywood's star-struck Sierra Towers. Realtor.com notes that the Towers have been home to "stars such as Lindsay Lohan, Matthew Perry, and Elton John."
