Ashley Greene Sued By Former Neighbors For Fire That Burned Down Their High-Rise

Ashley Greene Is Being Sued For Starting The Fire That Killed Her Dog

In March 2013, Ashley Greene suffered a tragedy when a fire burned down her apartment and killed one of her beloved dogs, Marlo. Now, Greene is being sued by former tenants of the West Hollywood high-rise for the trouble they have endured, according to multiple reports.

TMZ is reporting that the building's doorman is suing the "Twilight" actress for injuries sustained while trying to evacuate the residents during the fire. "The doorman claims he suffered exhaustion, dehydration and smoke inhalation and ended up in the hospital," reports TMZ.

Furthermore, three tenants of the West Hollywood Granville Towers "allege that Greene was a horrible neighbor who never apologized for igniting the fire and has refused to cooperate with the investigation," per New York Post's Page Six. They are seeking unspecified damages from the 26-year-old.

At the time, "LAFD officials and the insurance company all agreed that [the fire] was an accident," according to E! News.

HuffPost has reached out to Greene's reps for comment.
