'Being Biden:' Vice President Joe Biden Launches New Audio Series

Biden Shares What It's Like To Be Biden

Ever wonder what it’s like being the president’s right-hand man? Well, thanks to a new audio series starring Vice President Joe Biden, you can find out the answer.

The audio series -- titled “Being Biden” -- features the vice president giving a behind-the-scenes explanation of the photos capturing his various outings. Launched Thursday, the series promises listeners a candid perspective of everything “from meetings at the White House to travels around the country.”

“Hi everyone, this is Joe Biden -- Vice President Biden,” Biden says in his introductory clip. “I wanted to start this audio series to give you all a closer look inside life at the White House and the vice presidency."

Biden’s first podcast, “The Sportsman’s Ethic,” details his recent visit to a Delaware sportsman club, where Biden served dinner to hunting enthusiasts. In the clip, Biden expands his narration to include Second Amendment rights, responsible gun ownership and the administration’s push for stricter gun control laws.

Although Biden’s new audio series isn’t the televised reality show that White House petitioners called for in January, it may produce a few of those classic Biden moments that have come to define the veep's career.
