Alongside gyms and endless supplies of free food, employees can get major perks like on-site healthcare and summer camp for the kids according to Fortune's '100 Best Companies to Work For' list.
Business software firm SAS tops the list, offering family friendly perks like summer camp and subsidized childcare on site at their sprawling Cary, North Carolina campus. Pampered workers can also get their cars cleaned, and visit the company beauty salon.
While other companies were shedding jobs, number two, the Boston Consulting Group took on its largest group of new recruits in 2010. The group also touts "gay-friendly benefits" and a diverse workforce, which is 45 percent female, and has almost 30 percent minority representation. The company also sent staff to help efforts in Haiti after the earthquake.
Two small, local supermarket chains offering massive discounts for employees were in the top ten: Wegmans Food Market of New York at number three, and California-based Nugget Markets. Both offer generous benefits, and Wegmans went the extra mile, also giving 8,000 employees flu shots and swine flu vaccines.
Google, known for massive perks including free food and laundry services, also made the cut. The search giant gave all employees a 10 percent raise in 2010.
Goldman Sachs ranked 23rd on the list after moving its well-paid employees to a $2.1 billion tower in Manhattan's Battery Park City, complete with a reading room and the Wall Street firm's favorite barber, Salvatore Anzalone.
