Best Pop Vocal Album at the 55th annual Grammy Awards was awarded to Kelly Clarkson for the album "Stronger."

Best Pop Vocal Album was added to the Grammys ledger of awards in 1995. According to the organization, Best Pop Vocal Album rewards "albums containing at least 51% playing time of newly recorded pop vocal tracks."

"Miguel, I don't know who the hell you are but we need to sing together, that was the sexiest thing I've ever seen," she said during her acceptance speech of R&B singer and fellow Grammy award winner.

Clarkson's "Stronger," which includes the hit song "Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)," beat "Ceremonials" (by Florence + the Machine), "Some Nights" (by fun.), "Overexposed" (by Maroon 5) and "The Truth About Love" (by P!nk).

Last year, Adele won Best Pop Vocal Album for "21," her mega-successful 2011 album.
