Best Tweets: What Women Said On Twitter This Week

The big topic on Twitter this week was obviously Hurricane Sandy. We collected some of the tweets related to the storm on Monday, but our roundup represented just a small sample of what was out there. (HuffPost Celebrity collected the stars' reactions.)

Still, women did tweet about other things too -- Halloween, for instance. "Halloween is like a million baby birth announcements in one night. My entire world is filled with pictures of my friends kids in costumes," Sophia Rossi observed. Alison Becker shared her costume woes: "I knew I was old last night at a Halloween party when a million times I said, 'I'm Punky Brewster!' and they'd say, 'Um, who?'" And in what we assume but aren't totally sure was a Halloween-related tweet, Rachel Lichtman wrote: "I like that I keep feeling around my purse for lip balm and pulling out Smarties."
