Black hair is, like, sooooo 2008.
Bethenny Frankel debuted a shockingly red new 'do at the launch of Skinnygirl Candy in New York on Tuesday (Yes, it's good. We tried it). The reality star-turned-businesswoman is well-known for her raven locks, but decided to switch it up to promote her "guilt-free" new candy line.
"I wanted to do it, and [Skinnygirl Candy] was a great excuse," she told The Huffington Post. "It's whimsical, fun and the color of my logo!"
The new hair could (hopefully?) be a wig, but judge for yourself below.
(Side note: Is this not the exact same color Syndey Bristow rocked in the "Alias" pilot?)
Fellow "Real Housewives of New York" star Carole Radziwill came out to support Frankel (wearing some amazing purple gloves, BTW) for the candy bonanza event held at Dylan's Candy Bar.
The new season of "Housewives" has yet to be announced, but we already know that the series will be down two women -- Heather Thompson and Kristen Taekman will not be returning for the show's eighth season.
"The women on the 'Housewives' that I work with, I really like and respect," Frankel told us about the upcoming season. "It's an interesting group and I've come to really rely and count on a lot of them."
Are we seriously on the eighth season of "RHONY"? It seems like only yesterday Bethenny was screaming at Kelly Bensimon on Scary Island, "GO TO SLEEP. GO TO SLEEP. YOU'RE CRAZY."
