Biden Wedding: Father-Of-The-Bride Joe Biden Does The Hora

Joe Biden Does The Hora At Daughter's Wedding

It seems that everyone let loose at Ashley Biden's wedding reception on Saturday night -- including father-of-the-bride Joe Biden, who spent some time on the dance floor.

According to People, Biden joined in on the Hora, the traditional Jewish wedding dance, and he wasn't the only one -- the dancing continued on past midnight (see photo on People.com here).

The reception was held on the back lawn of the Biden family home in Wilmington, Del., and over 200 guests attended. A four-tiered cake, complete with layered white chocolate mousse and Swiss raspberry jam between vanilla and chocolate cake layers, was served.

Ashley Biden and her new husband, Philadelphia surgeon Howard Krein, had a Catholic-Jewish church ceremony earlier that day at the Brandywine Roman Catholic Church in Greenville -- the same church where the 30-year-old bride had once been baptized.

The pair first announced their engagement in October 2011, after Krein popped the question at sunset on a cliff in Big Sur, Calif.

Father-of-the-bride Biden was happy for his daughter: "This is the right guy," VP Biden told People on Saturday. "And he's getting a helluva woman."
