A second person died Thursday morning in a small plane crash in suburban Chicago.
According to the Chicago Tribune, the plane's pilot -- a 63-year-old Kentucky man -- was pronounced dead at 5:45 a.m. Thursday at the Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Ill.
A passenger in the crash, which took place about 5:15 p.m. Wednesday at at Lily Cache and Weber roads in Bolingbrook, Ill., was pronounced dead at the scene and is believed to be the pilot's wife, the Chicago Sun-Times reports. She was the only other person on board the plane.
An investigation is ongoing.
Will County Coroner Patrick O'Neil says a woman aboard the single-engine aircraft was killed Wednesday when it slammed into a parking lot outside a Bolingbrook bank. O'Neil says her name is being withheld until a Thursday autopsy establishes a positive identification and relatives are notified.

A man was hospitalized at Loyola University Medical Center with burns. His condition isn't known.
