From the famed event production group, the Do Lab, comes the second annual Woogie Weekend taking place at Oak Canyon Park in Silverado from July 8th-10th. The little sister of the larger and longer-running, Lightning in a Bottle, Woogie Weekend takes you back to the early days of LiB when it still lived on the shores of Irvine Lake.

Though last year was completely pummeled by floods from heavy rainfall, the overall opinion of Woogie Weekend was positive as many patrons plan to return this year. For those unfamiliar with the Do Lab festival family, The Woogie began as a stage at Lightning in a Bottle that possessed its own fan-base, aesthetic, and musical genres. Primarily house, techno, and disco, the Do Lab decided to expand the Woogie into its own, boutique festival.

Famous for their unique branding, picturesque stage design, and masterfully curated lineups, the Do Lab has, yet again, created another one-of-a-kind event that has all the familiarity of festival culture with just enough character to stand out among other events. They have created a cohesive visual identity and color palette that plays a huge role in the Do Lab's success. Paired with awesome lineups, healthy living, inspiring speakers, various movement classes, and much more, Do Lab has the festival formula on lock down.

Damian Lazarus, Benoit & Sergio, Claptone, and BLOND:SH along with many other big and small names in the underground electronic scene will be providing the sounds for the weekend. Known for its waterworks at Coachella, Woogie Weekend will be showcasing several aquatic activities and water themed installations in proper Do Lab form. Woogie Weekend 2016 hopes to be warmer, drier, and wetter in all the right ways while always providing the best in house, techno, disco and everything in between.
