WATCH: Surveillance Video Shows Australian Twins Before Shooting

The Arapahoe County Sheriff has released surveillance video from the shooting range at Cherry Creek where Australian twins Candice and Kristin Hermeler attempted to commit suicide last week.

The Hermeler twins each fired a shot into their heads with rented .22-caliber pistols on Nov. 15. Kristin Hermeler died instantly, but Candice survived. No suicide note was found.

Late ast week, Candice Hermeler awoke and told investigators that the twins indeed had a suicide pact.

On Monday, investigators closed the case on the incident without filing any charges.

"We've made the determination there's not any more we can do on the case," sheriff's Capt. Louie Perea said Monday.

The video shows the Hermeler twins casually strolling around the range just minutes before attempting to execute their suicide pact.
