'All-Star Celebrity Apprentice': Trace Adkins Turns Up The Crazy In The Absence Of Gary Busey (VIDEO)

'Celebrity Apprentice': Is Trace Adkins The New Gary Busey?

Without Gary Busey to liven things up on "All-Star Celebrity Apprentice" this week, Trace Adkins stepped up. He threw an impressive hissy-fit while having to work under Marilu Henner on the week's challenge. At one point, he was literally rolling around on the ground.

"Can’t do this anymore! Wanna go jump off the top of this building," he shouted.

"You’ve turned into Gary," Marilu told him.

"This has become a big pain in the ass," Trace sang. "I’m ‘bout ready to say the hell with this task.”

He was at least somewhat justified in his stance. It turns out chess isn't nearly as exciting as the star-studded party thrown by Lisa Rinna and Penn Jillette. Especially when the challenge was to throw a party.

For her failures as a team leader on this task, Marilu was fired from the show, leaving only four celebrities left. But before she went, Rolling Stone certainly got a kick of out Trace's nicknames for her -- "Mayor of Stresstown" and "the Party Planner from Hell."

BuddyTV worries that Trace's "curmudgeon" attitude, as Marilu described it, could hurt him in next week's double-elimination. Who will win "All-Star Celebrity Apprentice"? There's only two more weeks until fans find out, Sundays at 9 p.m. ET on NBC.
