The Chicago-area real estate continues to show signs of recovery as both the total number of units sold and median sales prices were up in November compared to the same month one year earlier.

According to a RE/MAX press release, 7,500 units sold in the seven-county Chicagoland area this month, up 37 percent over November 2011. The area's median sales price -- $155,000 -- was also up over last year by 3.3 percent.

Looking more closely at Chicagoland pricing trends, Realtor.com shared their most recent, November 2012 data with HuffPost Chicago. Listed below are the ten area ZIP codes with the highest median prices. As was the case in August, the 60043 Kenilworth ZIP code reigns supreme with a whopping $1.735 million median price.
