Chief Keef Slapped With Lawsuit After Bailing On Breast Cancer Charity Event

, Chief Keef?!

Rapper Chief Keef is being sued for bailing on a charity show benefiting breast cancer survivors.

According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, the 18-year-old Keef (born Keith Cozart) skipped out on a Cleveland benefit concert called RapCure last June -- after he was paid a $15,000 deposit.

RapCure was organized to benefit breast cancer charity The WooWho Foundation, and the production company behind the concert reportedly ended up in the red when it refunded ticketholders after Keef's no-show.

Organizers with RapCure, who list only last summer's event on their website, were apparently still waiting on the rapper to show up well into the night:

The production company is now seeking $26,000 in damages to cover money paid to Keef -- including $2,500 for travel expenses -- plus lighting, crew and other venue costs associated with the event.

As Vibe notes, a lawsuit of this kind is not the first the rapper has faced. Last March, Keef was slapped with similar charges for pulling a no-show at a London performance.

The rapper, then 17, ignored the suit, prompting the judge to award $230,019 to the promotion company by default.

HuffPost reached out to the Cuyahoga County clerk's office, which said the lawsuit was not yet available to the public.
