At Milk Studios last night, We Work and Corduroy held a launch Party, and the frenzy at the door was palpable. I was standing next to Richard Chai, and we were both calling our PR contacts to let us in. I couldn't help teasing "You won menswear, but can't get into this party." I smirked slightly, he scoffed and we were ferried in.

I had to leave three friends at the door, not expecting the massive mob scene to see Sean Lennon and his model love Irina play (have I really turned into 'that' person?). Once upstairs I swirled around. Couldn't work up the courage to say hi to the many cool kids in black micro-leather jackets. Happily chatted with Sophia Lamar and made my way out to join my abandoned friends.

At that point, the cops were converging on the mob scene outside and the line was around the block. If only I was younger and hadn't been to four parties in a week.
