How To Make It:1. Cut your paper into a 6 1/2 inch square.2. At each corner, cut along the diagonal about halfway to the center of the paper. You will have eight flaps.3. Apply glue along the edges of the paper and sprinkle it with glitter. Tap off any extra onto a paper towel. 4. Fold the corner of one flap into the center of the pinwheel and glue it in place. Alternate this process with every other flap around your pinwheel5. Apply more glue and glitter along the exposed edges of the pinwheel.6. Gently hammer an upholstery tack half way through one end of a dowel rod, and then carefully remove the tack.7. Push the tack through the center of your pinwheel and insert back in the hole you made in the dowel rod.
