"You are what you eat." My mom used to repeat this to me when I was young to get me to eat my vegetables, but I have always wondered if there was any truth to this saying. If there is, then the contents of our refrigerators and pantries reveal a lot more about us than we think, exposing our innermost needs, preferences and even guilty pleasures. If not, it's still interesting to see what different types of people stock up on daily, weekly or even yearly and what these things say about their own lifestyle. So today, we're putting the most common fridge scenarios under the microscope and gearing up for a bona fide refrigerator raid to see how their contents may (or may not) match up to a person's own narrative.
