Democrats Should Demand Random Sampling Of Emails First

Republicans like Hugh Hewitt are now worried that the new group of emails have nothing whatsoever to do with Secretary of State Clinton, and thus she may receive exoneration. After all, Trump has already called Comey a hero, (unlike John McCain who, according to the draft-dodger, was not a hero because he was captured).

Republicans like Hugh Hewitt are now worried that the new group of emails have nothing whatsoever to do with Secretary of State Clinton, and thus she may receive exoneration. After all, Trump has already called Comey a hero, (unlike John McCain who, according to the draft-dodger, was not a hero because he was captured.)

Time is not on the side of the Clinton campaign. Every day that passes with the doubt Hewitt and Trump would like to persist is a day lost for the Democrats.

Here's a solution: While they are doing the full review, FBI should put out a random sampling of the emails. A statistician can set up the algorithm and provide a percentage likelihood that the sampling missed anything.

Although not removing all doubt, the random sample can remove much of it.
