Viewers got a little more information about Flora's murder, and the secrets she took to her watery demise, on "Devious Maids." Rosie came through for Marisol, getting her hands on that missing DVD of Flora. In it, they saw a conversation between Flora and Michael.
Flora was getting an offer of "hush money," but it wasn't enough for her. So she threw out that she was pregnant.
“Are you saying my client is the father?” Michael asked her.
“No. But he knows who is, and they’re very close," Flora responded.
Michael told her, “You have no idea who you’re screwing with.”
Unfortunately, this wasn't convincing enough evidence for Marisol's detective friend, but it gave them a clue to work toward uncovering who the father of the child was, and perhaps who Flora's true murderer was. According to Zap2It's Jacqueline Cutler, this hour was all about "getting priorities straight," but it didn't look like anyone really accomplished anything.
Luckily, there's plenty of time yet. Lifetime recently picked up "Devious Maids" for a second season. In the meantime, Season 1 continues on Sundays at 10 p.m. ET.
