What's wrong with dog owners in Washington? Apparently, no one is scooping their pooch poop, which is bad for the delicate Puget Sound ecosystem. So the "Puget Sound Starts Here" organization has launched a new campaign to make picking up after your pup cool. Because obviously, that's the only reason anyone would do it.
The song is pretty catchy, though, we'll give them that.
