It's easy to forget now, but before he was a Republican presidential candidate, business mogul Donald Trump was interested -- at least a little bit -- in owning the NFL's Buffalo Bills. Trump ultimately lost out to a higher bidder last year, and was quite bitter about it.
After losing out on the team, The Donald offered a preview of the social media presence he'd later bring to the presidential race.
On this week's "The Second Half" podcast, Daily Beast and New York Times Magazine columnist Ana Marie Cox posits that Trump's bravado and outsized self-assurance might have made him the "perfect NFL owner."
