Doug Bruce's Evasion An 'Affront' To Court System, Suthers Says

DENVER - A Colorado administrative court has found that anti-tax advocate Douglas Bruce was among a group of people involved in putting three tax-reducing initiatives on the November ballot.

Bruce has denied involvement with the initiatives. The court's ruling Friday came on the same day that Colorado Attorney General John Suthers began a process to have Bruce held in contempt of court because the state has been trying to get him to testify about the initiatives.
