Elisabeth Hasselbeck, Anderson Cooper Selling New York City Homes

On The Move

Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Anderson Cooper's New York City homes are up for grabs.

Hasselbeck recently put her Upper West Side condo on the market, according to TMZ. The "View" co-host is asking $3.3 million for the 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home -- just under what she paid for the property in 2008.

TMZ reports that the condo features: "marble flooring, 10-foot ceiling, massive windows with a great city view. The building also includes a full-time doorman, courtyard, fitness room and 52-foot indoor swimming pool."

Hasselbeck's spokesperson told the site why she and her family are leaving. "It's time for a backyard! Tim and Elisabeth have decided to trade in city living for the suburbs."

Meanwhile, CNN's Anderson Cooper also listed his Midtown Manhattan penthouse for sale. The website toofab.com reports that the 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home will cost one lucky buyer $3.75 million.

The penthouse features: "two light-filled floors with multi-room surround sound, stainless steel, dark wood, frosted glass and limestone," a master suite with "a luxe closet-lined dressing area," and a chef's kitchen, as well as "a two-level outdoor wrap-around terrace" designed by Cooper's mother Gloria Vanderbilt.

Cooper purchased a $4.3 million firehouse in New York's Greenwich Village in 2010. Real estate insiders reported that he is just about done restoring it.
