Jeff Yeager is "the ultimate cheapskate," with a website and series of books detailing his obsession with value. Denise is his long-suffering wife, who's learned to adapt to his unique sense of frugality, as featured on "Extreme Cheapskates" (Wed., 9 p.m. EST on TLC).

For less than $10, Jeff was able to feed his wife and himself. The only drawback was that they were eating goat heads. He even bartered the cost down at the butchers shop to $7.50 for the pair of them. He then showed how one goes about turning a goat head into a fine delicacy, though personal preference may vary.

Denise smiled through the meal as Jeff talked about how the tongue was the best part, and she said she would just take his word on the eye being the "real delicacy."
