Fashion Week Blizzard: Nemo Threatens To Take The Style Out Of New York (PHOTOS)

PHOTOS: Blizzard Threatens To Take The Style Out Of New York Fashion Week

When Marc Jacobs messes with his fashion show, you know things are getting serious.

The Northeast blizzard named Nemo is headed for New York City and the snow has already started to fall. With the ominous weather reports predicting anywhere between several inches to three feet of snow as the storm moves from the north closer to NYC, the fashion world has begun to quake in its non-weatherproof stilettos: What about New York Fashion Week??

So far, only a few designers have been directly affected. Marc Jacobs announced on Thursday evening that he would be moving his Marc Jacobs Collection show from Monday, February 11 to Thursday, February 14. Robert Duffy, Marc Jacobs International president, told Women's Wear Daily, "We're missing bags, shoes and two fabrics," and that deliveries won't be expected till early next week.

So who else has Nemo thrown for a loop? Designer Jenni Kayne won't be able to attend her own presentation today because her flight from Los Angeles was cancelled, Topshop is freaking out about packing their spring collection, and approximately every fashionista in Manhattan is stressing about her shoes.

Keep checking back for updates on show cancellations and other Fashion Week-related postponements. For more on the storm, click over to our liveblog on HuffPost Green.

So how are Fashion Week show-goers weathering the storm? We've got photos and updates straight from New York City, below.
