Flea Lists Marmol Radziner Malibu Mansion

PHOTOS: Flea Lists Malibu Mansion For $4.795 Million

Via AOL Real Estate: Flea has just put his newly built Malibu mansion on the market for $4.795 million. The Red Hot Chili Peppers' bassist enlisted the design skills of Marmol Radziner after his home was destroyed in the 2007 Corral Canyon fires, but has apparently decided that he wants something new.

The three-bedroom, three-bath house comes with two indoor fireplaces, one outdoor fireplace, and dramatic, high ceilings. The contemporary property sits on over two acres of land with canyon and ocean views, and access to Escondido Beach. The building's brand-new condition is emphasized by its clean lines and plentiful, sand-colored stone features. The landscapers, though, made a smart move by bringing in mature trees to surround the spa and freeform pool, lest the house look too new. Irene Dazzan-Palmer and Sandro Dazzan are sharing the listing.
