Frank Ocean is being sued over his hit single "Lost," AllHipHop.com reports.

Ocean is reportedly being sued by Micah Otano, a producer who claims production credit for "Lost."

AllHipHop.com reports that a lawsuit has been filed in California, with Otano alleging that he wrote a song called "Daylight," with another producer, Malay. Otana reportedly accuses Malay of adapting "Daylight" into "Lost" for Ocean and taking all credit for the track. Def Jam and Universal are reportedly named in the suit as well.

"Lost" is the fourth single off of Ocean's hit album, "Channel ORANGE," which was nominated for Album of the Year at the 55th annual Grammy Awards, ending the night winning Best Urban Contemporary Album.
