Gabrielle Union's fiance Dwyane Wade apparently knows all about her bathroom habits.
The actress sat down with Chelsea Handler for an episode of "Chelsea Lately" Tuesday (Jan. 28) and discussed how open she is with her man.
"So you have a lot of sex on your TV show," Handler said, referring to Union's BET series, "Being Mary Jane." "You're naked, you're on the toilet a lot ... I like that because I think if you're going to be with somebody for longterm you should just get that out of the way right away."
"From jump, from jump," Union replied. "There's none of that 'I don't fart; I don't poop.' I have a high-fiber diet. You're gonna ... This is happening. We're doing this right from jump. I'm gonna be in [the bathroom]."
The comedian said waiting to reveal such habits just makes things all the more awkward.
"I get this," Union joked, pointing to her engagement ring, "and then later I'm like, 'Oh, by the way, I go three times a day and I leave the door open. And I don't light a match.'"
Apparently, the actress has discussed her thoughts on such personal matters in the past. Back in 2009, she joked with a group of paparazzi about farting in front of them and said she wished more people would pass gas in public.
Union and Wade got engaged in December. This is the second marriage for both the 41-year-old and the Miami Heat star, who is nine years her junior.
