Whoa! 'Game Of Thrones' Sounds Totally Different In The '80s

You've Never Heard 'Game Of Thrones' Like This Before

Oh, the '80s. It was a time of big hair, leg warmers, leather jackets and mullets.

It was also one of the greatest decades for music, at least according to this "Game of Thrones" fan. A British user only identified as Super Audio Time has created a remix of the "GoT" theme song and it's synthetic music to our ears. Plenty of renditions of the show's opening credits exist on the Internet -- everything from goats to Dubstep and kitchen utensils have been used to recreate the now-iconic jingle. But something about this electro-pop remix with its synthesized keyboard ditty and drum machine beats has us pining for the decade that gave us national treasures like Madonna, Pac-Man and skin-tight acid wash jeans.
