'Glee': Rachel Honors Finn With A Tiny Tribute

Moving on can be the hardest part, but Kurt and Rachel took a symbolic step toward doing just that on the latest episode of "Glee." They decided to go get tattoos, though Kurt accidentally gave the tattoo artist a phrase with a typo in it. Instead of "It Gets Better," he was inked with, "It's Get Better." As for Rachel, she told Kurt she decided against a tat.

Toward the end of the episode, Kurt revealed that he'd changed his to read, "It's Got Bette Midler." He also got his tongue pierced, and tried to convince Rachel to embrace her inner wild child. "I just, I don’t think that there’s anything that I would, like, love enough that I would want to get on my body for the next 50 years," she told him.

But that wasn't entirely true. She went into the bathroom and lifted her shirt in front of the mirror to reveal the small tattoo on her rib cage reading simply, "Finn." Apparently she just wanted to keep this little tribute to herself for now. Hollywood Life's Jeanne Sager loved the "sweet" and "delicate" tattoo -- it's something viewers will always know is there.

The Stir's Emily Longeretta agreed, writing, "It's lovely and perfect and absolutely heartwrenching. He will be by her side forever now. There will never be a Rachel without Finn. Literally. Aaaaand I'm going to go off and cry in a corner somewhere.”

"Glee" airs every Thursday at 9 p.m. EST on Fox.
