My point is good vibes transfer. My mood affected my daughter's mood and hopefully her mood in turn affected someone else and so on, and the world is a better place and all that jazz.

I wake up every morning in an extremely good mood these days. The first thoughts of fear of not being able to pay my bills are quickly overcome by prayer and asking God to remove that fear and give me a spirit of no fear. It works because I soon forget I have no income coming in and think about all the possibilities of the day, plus all the things I can do because I planned my day, and I no longer work my day around somebody else's needs and agenda. This thought makes my spirit soar, and I am happy for the day because the day is mine, all mine.

When I wake up only child for school, I am smiling and singing; she then wakes up in a great mood too. "Mom why are you so happy." She says and smiles back at me, to which I answer, "because I get to see another beautiful day." Yes, I know it's corny but it's all true. Being able to do what I love with the day makes all the difference in the world to my mood. Only child then gets ready for school without her usual reluctance, happy for me to make her breakfast, bopping her head to the music as we drive to school. This is vastly different from me driving her to school tired from work the night before, barely able to hold a conversation or notice her mood, my mind foggy, wanting rest, and trying to figure out how I am going to get all my errands done before work the next day. My point is good vibes transfer. My mood affected my daughter's mood and hopefully her mood in turn affected someone else and so on, and the world is a better place and all that jazz.
