Google IO 2010: How To Watch LIVE

Google I/O, a two-day developer conference hosted by Google, kicks off May 19.

The conference sold out in early March, but you can still catch the Android action, Google Chrome chatter, and more.

Google will be offering a keynote live stream on its Developers' Channel on YouTube.

Alternately, you can follow @Googleio on Twitter for the latest information on the Google I/O sessions, or track tweets from the event with the hashtag #io2010. (See the Twitter feed below for the latest news.)

What's Google I/O? Here's the official description from Google:

Join us for two days of deep technical content featuring Android, Google Chrome, Google APIs, GWT, App Engine, open web technologies, and more.

Google I/O features 80 sessions, more than 5,000 developers, and over 100 demonstrations from developers showcasing their technologies. Talk shop with engineers building the next generation of web, mobile, and enterprise applications.

Google is expected to make some significant announcements at Google I/O. There has been considerable speculation that the company will unveil its new "Smart TV" platform, rumored to be in the works. See PC Magazine's guide to what's expected to come out of the event.
