LANSING — Richard Baird, a top adviser to Gov. Rick Snyder, is the only official in the governor’s office paid from a controversial nonprofit foundation called the NERD Fund, a Snyder spokeswoman said.
However, a few thousand dollars from the fund is used to pay for the office’s internship program, Sara Wurfel said.
