The Aloha State saw more than 816,000 travelers in the month of July -- a new record according to the Hawaii Tourism Authority.
In a statement released Wednesday, the HTA said that the busy month brought in more than $1.4 billion in spending. The majority of visitors came from the U.S. mainland, and all four major islands -- Maui, the Big Island, Oahu and Kauai -- saw increases in the number of visitors.
So far in 2015, Hawaii has seen an overall uptick of 4.2 percent in visitors, proving once again that Hawaii is the place to be.
