'Heterophobia,' Video Produced By Canadian Students, Turns Tables On Anti-Gay Sentiments

A hilarious new video aims to turn the tables on the societal wealth of anti-gay sentiment by presenting "heterophobia."

Produced by members of the Mount Allison Students' Union as part of their Orientation 2012 programming, the clip defines heterophobia as "fear or resentment of heterosexuals," and features confessions by Jen Boyce, a "confessed heterophobe."

Boyce is seen fuming at a co-ed sports team and gasping both at the pages of "Fifty Shades of Grey" and one of the steamy love scenes in "The Notebook."

"No wonder the divorce rates are so high," she muses, before the video concludes, "Why isn't homophobia just as ridiculous?"
